In this village, on the 8th instant, Silas Sage, aged 40 years and 3 months, after an illness of five weeks of great suffering, which he endured with much patience, supported by a christian faith and the gospel hope.

At the residence of G. L. Uttley, in South Bristol, on the 15th ult., John Fraser, in his 57th year. The deceased was a native of Scotland, and for several years was in the service of the late John Greig of Canandaigua.

Also at the same place, on the 2d ult., of diphtheria, Sarah Elizabeth, daughter of the late John Fraser, in her fifth year.

In Naples, on the 4th ult., of diphtheria, Elsie Jane, aged 5 years and 5 months. And on the 2d ult., Andrew J., aged 10 years, 3 months and 12 days, children of Samuel and Salama Cornish.

In the town of Harmony, Wisconsin, on the 9th of April, Rachal L. Green, wife of Erastus Green, of Richland Center, Richland Co., Wis., and daughter of William and Martha Martin of this town, in the 39th year of her age. She has left a loving husband and a large family of children, relatives and friends in her own vicinity; and also aged parents, brother and sister, and numerous relatives, youthful associates and friends in this and adjoining towns to mourn her loss. She was dearly beloved by all.

In this village, on Saturday, April 30th, Thomas Beals, in the 81st year of his age. Mr. Beals was born Nov. 13th, 1783, in Boston, Mass.

In Farmington, on the 26th of May, after an illness of five days, Clarance E., youngest son of Nathan L. and Lydia S. Aldrich, aged eight years.

DIED - On the 5th inst., at Mount Pleasant Hospital, Washington, D. C., George O. Stark, of Co. D, 126th Regiment, N. Y. S. V., aged about 20 years. The deceased was a son of Jedediah H. Stark of Gorham. He received the wound which caused his death in the battle of the Wilderness.

At her residence in Hopewell Center, Ontario County, May 18th, in the 47th year of her age, Sarah Ann, wife of Robert I. Martin, daughter of Martin H. and Milicent Hicks.

DIED - In this place, on the night of the 17th instant, of consumption, Mrs. Mary E., wife of Edwin Hicks, Esq., of Canandaigua, and daughter of Arunah Jones, Esq., of Bristol, aged 33 years.

In Finley Hospital, Washington, June 16th, Levi C. Brockelbank, son of John C. Brockelbank, Esq., of this village, aged 26 years.

DIED - In Richmond, Ontario county, Feb. 3d, Wm. Criger, aged 94 years and 8 months, at the residence of his daughter, Eliza Steele. He was born in Williamstown, Mass.; moved to West Bloomfield in 1804.

In Farmington, on the 4th instant, Mrs. Elizabeth Thorn, widow of the late Samuel J. Thorn, aged 87 years.

In Canandaigua, on the 3d instant, of heart disease, Patience S., wife of the late Austin Steward, aged 66 years.

In Victor, on the 5th instant, Henry Brown, aged 79 years. The deceased was among the oldest residents of that town, having resided on the farm where he died upwards of fifty years, and was universally esteemed and respected as an honest man and a good citizen.

In this village, Feb. 15th, Mrs. Jane Foster, aged x5 years. The funeral will be held at the home of her son, H. C. Foster, on Howell street, on Thursday, Feb. 17th, at 4 o'clock.

In this town, on the 30th ult., Mrs. Harriet Booth, aged 77 years. The deceased was the mother of Mr. James Booth, with whom she resided at the time of her death.

DIED - In this village, on Sunday morning, Nov. 6th, at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. E. P. Herriman, Mrs. Elizabeth Allen, aged 90 years. For nearly 75 years a faithful and devoted member of the Baptist church, and being in full possession of her faculties, and performing many of the active duties of life, up to within forty-eight hours of her death, Mrs. Allen belonged to a generation which is fast disappearing from our midst, noted for hardy constitutions, clear judgment and unswerving faith in God. Her end was peace.
