DIED - On Friday, the 10th inst., Sally Sherman Pratt, wife of John Pratt, at her residence in Manchester, aged 59 years. The deceased was born at New Haven, in the State of Connecticut, and came to this County at twenty years of age.

DIED - In this village, on the 17th inst., Mr. David D. White, printer, aged 21 years.

In Mt. Morris, on the 12th inst., at the residence of his son-in-law, Isaac Halsted, Esq., Mr. Thomas H. Kellogg, aged 84 years. Mr. Kellogg was one of the earliest settlers of East Bloomfield, and his remains were brought to that town for interment.

At West Bloomfield, Sept. 11th, Abby M., daughter of Bezebeel C. and Ruth Taft, aged 18 years and two months.

In Gorham, on the 12th inst., Abraham Laughler, aged 73 years. Mr. L. was crossing a field, a few rods from his house, suddenly dropped down and died almost instantly.

In Hopewell, on the 4th inst., Mrs. Dolly Chapin, aged 74 years, wife of George Chapin. She emigrated to Canandaigua from Litchfield, Conn., with the late Oliver Phelps, and has continued to reside in the county ever since.

MARRIED - In Gorham, on the morning of the 27th inst., William Brady to Nancy, second daughter of Levi Wilson.

DIED - In Gorham, on the 11th inst., William Mead, from an attack of congestion of the brain.

In Phelps, on the 12th ult., Mr. L. C. Webster, aged 50 years.

Suddenly on the 19th ult., at the residence of George Higly, in No. 9, Mrs. Louisa Buteman, wife of Benjamin Buteman and youngest daughter of Doct. Enoch Cheney, formerly of Albany, in the 33d year of her age. The deceased left three small children and a large circle of relatives and friends to mourn her loss.

In this town, on the 6th inst., Mary Ann, daughter of Beriah P. Cooley, aged 26 years, 5 months and 16 days.

DIED - In this town, on the 22d inst., Mr. Jesse Parshall, aged 87 years.

DIED - In this village, on the 15th inst., Thomas D. Herbert, aged 50 years.

At Bristol Centre, on the 3d inst., of dropsy, Mrs. Jane R. Brace, wife of J. Barton Brace, in the 24th year of her age.  Mrs. Brace was the daughter of S. P. Smith, Esq. of Syracuse, and had been married but little more than one year.

DIED - In Canandaigua, the 21st ult., Jane Pratt, wife of Avery Pratt, aged 37 years.

In Hopewell, 14th ult., of apoplexy, Samuel Bush, 35.

In Victor, 17th, Joseph Haney, aged 75 years. He was one of the oldest residents of that town.

In Gorham, on the morning of July 9th, of disease of the lungs, Mrs. Harriet A., wife of Dennison Lake, in the 38th year of her age.

DIED - In this village, July 31, at the residence of his son-in-law, Mr. A. Hills, after an illness of three weeks, Mr. Gaius Munger, in the 78th year of his age.

In Versailles, Cattaraugus co., on the 5th inst., Mr. Isaac Collier, formerly of this village, aged about 38. His remains were taken to Geneva for interment.

DIED - In Hopewell, August 20th, Theodore, infant son of Isaac and Catherine Remen, aged 2 years. His death was occasioned by eating cobalt prepared in molasses, to kill flies.

DIED - In Canadice, on the 11th inst., Mrs. Anna Ogden, aged 77 years, wife of Robert Ogden, Esq., formerly of Kent, Litchfield Co., Conn.

DIED - At Galt, Canada West, on the 14th September inst., in the 76th year of her age, Mrs. Susannah Gooding, wife of William Gooding, formerly of this village.


In Lowell, Kent Co., Michigan, about the 28th August, Julius Babcock, son of Deacon William Babcock, formerly of Hopewell, aged 42 years.

In Hector, Tompkins Co., on the 4th inst., Mrs. Francis, wife of Francis Ely, late of Hopewell, aged 24 years.

In Gorham, on the 15th inst., of apoplexy, John Swart, son of J. J. Swart, aged 45 years. He was found in the corn field where he had been at work at a late hour in the evening, and died soon after.

MARRIED - In this village, on the 5th inst., by Rev. O. E. Daggett, Mr. John C. Draper to Miss Caroline P., eldest daughter of the late E. Stanton Cobb, all of this place.

DIED - In this village, on the 10th inst., Mrs. Mary, wife of Rev. John Raines, in the 68th year of her age.

At Chapinville, Sabbath morning, Oct. 3d, of dysentery, Charlie Willie, only son of Francis and Catharine E. Cervis, aged 22 months.

DIED - In this town, at No. 9, on the 14th inst., Mr. Jonathan Mack, aged 77 years. Mr. M. was born in the State of Connecticut, and emigrated to this town in the year 1800. About the year 1802 he purchased the farm upon which he has since lived, a term of 56 years.

In Geneva, on the 25th ult., of consumption, Mary, wife of S. H. Parker, Esq., editor of the Geneva Gazette, aged 34 years, 11 months.

At Hopewell, on the 19th ult., after a short illness from congestion of the lungs, Robert Royce, aged 77 years. Mr. Royce was one of the oldest residents of this County, having removed to Canandaigua in the year 1808.

In Hopewell, on Sunday morning last, Henry Benham, Esq., in the 58th year of his age.

DIED - In this town on the 5th inst., Lucretia A. Hickox, daughter of Thadeus B. and Maria M. Remington, aged 11 years.

In this village, Dec. 20, at the residence of her daughter, after a long and lingering illness, Mrs. Susan Coulter, in the 54th year of her age. Her remains will be taken to Ontario, Wayne Co., for interment.

In this village, Dec. 11th, George, son of George Kimber, age 19 years.

DIED - In this village, on the morning of the 23d, John Henry Canwright, aged 35 years.

In this village, on the 19th inst., Jesse Rumsey, in the 78th year of his age.
