In Hopewell on the 21st ult., after an illness of a few days, Roxy, second daughter of Richmond and Lydia W. Case, in the 17th year of her age.

DIED - At Farmington, on the 31st of December, Abraham P. Rapalje, Esq., aged 62 years. Mr. Rapalje was the father of the Hon. Stephen Rapalje, a member of the present Assembly from Orange county.

In this village, on Sunday afternoon, Amelia, daughter of Mr. L. B. Garlinghouse, aged 2 years and 7 months.

At his residence in Naples, in this county, on Saturday last, of a congestion of the brain, Hon. Jeremiah B. Parrish, formerly one of the Judges of the County Courts of Ontario County.
