Although done by a studio this photo was taken outside and the baby is in a little Victorian rocker on the grass next to what is probably porch foundations.  The photographer is S.W. Case of Bristol Center, N.Y.  On the back is handwritten: "Mrs. Geo. Hurburt. Naples 92-4-27", which is probably April 27, 1892.  The baby is probably Mrs. Hurburt's.  There's also a stamped # on it that may be for the photographer's reference if they wanted it reprinted (05884).  This photo is available to a descendant of the child's mother or her or parents' siblings.
