The People of the State of New York, by the grace of God, Free and

    To all to whom these Presents shall come or may concern, send GREETING

Know ye, That at the town of Canandaigua, in the county of Ontario on the Third? day of July 1822 before Isa? Selby.  Esq. Surrogate of our said county, the last Will and Testament of Ephriam Wilder deceased, (a copy whereof is hereunto annexed) was proved, and is now approved and allowed of by us: and the said deceased having whilst he lived, and at the time of his death, Goods, Chattels or Credits, within the state, by means wherof the proving and registering the said Will, and the granting Administration of all and singular the said Good, Chattels or Credits, and also the auditing, allowing the final discharging the Account thereof, doth belong unto us: the Administration of all and singular the goods, chattels and credits of the said deceased, and any way concerning his Will is granted unto Timothy Wilder.

Executor in the said Will named,        herby requiring you well and faithfully to administer the same, and to make and exhibit a true andperfect Inventory of all and sungular the goods, chattels and credits, and also to render a just and true Account thereof, when thereunto required.

In Testimony whereof we have caused the seal of office of our said Surrogate
to be hereunto affixed.  Witness Isa? Selby Esquire, Surrogate of the said
county at the town of Canadaigua aforesaid, the Third? day of July in the
year of Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty two.

In the name of God Amen.
I Ephriam Wilder of the town of Britol in the County of Ontario and the State of New York being of sound and perfect mind and memory. Blessed be Almighty God for the same do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following that is to say.
first, I give and Bequeath to by beloved wife Lydia Wilder the use of one third of my real and Personal estate during her natural life and in addition I will and bequeath her two Cows to be at her own disposal.  I will and bequeath to by beloved son Timothy Wilder all my Lands and all of my property whether real personal after my decease only he must pay the following Legacies out of it namely, I give will and bequeath my beloved son John Wilder one dollar as I have before given him by deed all that I mean to give him.  I do also order Give and Bequeath my beloved Daughter Naomi Gooding and Pamela Hatch three hundred dollars each.  I do also will and Bequeath to by Grandson Russel Wilder two hundred dollars.  I do also give and bequeath unto by Granddaughters Lydia Wilder Pitts and Roxana Loomis Pitts Eighty dollars each with this provision if either or all of the afore mentioned Grand Children should die without heirs of their own bodies begotten the above named Legacy or Leagcies shall be the property of my son Timothy Wilder all which Legacies to be paid by my son Timothy Wilder in meat Cattle or Grain or any other arcticle they agree on when the become of lawful age. and Lastly all the residue of of my personal and moveable Estate whatever to belong to my son Timothy Wilder after the decease of my beloved wife Lydia

I do hereby constitute and appoint my beloved son Timothy Wilder sole Executor of this my Last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made in witness where of I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twentieth day of April in the year of our Lord on thousand Eight hundred and
twenty two.

to be his Last will and testament in the presence of us who have hereunto
subscribed our names witnesses in presence of the testator
