    In the Name of God.  Amen.

I, Washington L. Hicks of the Village of Canandaigua in the County of Ontario and State of New York, being of sound mind and memory, and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do therefore make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament, that is to say:

    First:  After all my lawful debts are paid and discharged of, I give and bequeath all my property both real and personal, and ..... of which I may be possessed at the time of y death unto my wife Ruhama Travis Hicks of Canandaigua, to be hers absolutely, Likewise, I make, constitute and appoint my said wife Ruhama Travis Hicks to be Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me made.
