The Benham Murder Trial -
Two hundred jurymen were drawn last Monday from among whom to obtain twelve good and true men to hear evidence and to determine as to the guilt or innocence of H. C. The first name that appears in the jury list is that of Hazelton Manning of Geneva. There is no man here of that name, but there is a Miss Hazeltine Manning, sister of Ira Manning, who lives on Lewis street. If there were a few women jurors perhaps she would not object to sitting on some of the trials in county court, but not so alone.
