He left $669.25 in property including bonds of $150.00 each to
James S. and Joseph H. Included is a listing of his property.
Thomas Ottley and Oliver Childs were the appraisers and
George R. Parburt, Surrogate of the Court.
Died June 1862 of Phelps NY leaving an estate of about
$90,000.00 with no children, father, mother, brother or sisters.
His will is contested by his nephew Jos N. Fulton and others.
George Hubbell is appointed executor. Isabella, his wife, applies
for $25,000.00 payment or at least $15,000.00 or to assign
her property to that amount from the estate. Isabella declines
the position of executor.
Died 18 June 1863 in Phelps NY; wife of Joseph Fulton, both of
Phelps. Executor appointed to George Hubbell of Phelps, NY. Next

published in the Albany Evening Star, the state paper, once a
week for six weeks commencing on the 17th of July 1863.
Died 19 February 1919 in Stanley, Ontario County, NY. He lists
his heirs as:
Sarah M. Fulton, his wife, of Stanley NY; he gives his house
and barn and a ½ acre lot in Stanley, NY.
Mrs. Maude F. Thompson, his daughter and the Executrix, of
Stanley, NY; he gives all of the remainder of his property.
His personal property was valued at $1,000.00 and his real
property at $3,500.00. The Notary Public was A. C. Rippey.
Died 6 may 1887 of Seneca, Ontario County, NY. He lists his
