This photo is submitted by De'Lynn Boyd-Hale who doesn't have details of the photo but believes the African-American girl is Ethel Scott and thinks she was born around 1898; maybe in this picture she was about 10.  De'Lynn believes the photo was of a Geneva NY school class about 1908.
